Frequently Asked Questions
- What is the best way for me to use Market Chess Subscription Services?
Answer: I endeavor to enhance your trading process and improve you as an overall market player. Ultimately, I do not manage your money. I manage my money and you manage yours and/or your clients' money. I do not want a service where the only value would be members simply following me in and out of every single trade that I make. I do provide my trades in real-time, with entries, stop-losses, rough targets, position sizing, rationale, and exits, for your educational purposes. But the larger goal of the service is to provide a steady stream of actionable ideas, educational content, and timely market commentary to enhance your own process.
- How do I follow your private, locked Twitter feed, SEPARATE from your public one, @chessNwine?
Answer: Please either search for @ChessTrades on Twitter, and put in a follow request, OR click on the link at the end of this sentence and then click on the "Follow" button on the righthand side of the page there: https://twitter.com/ChessTrades - If you are still having trouble, please email me: chessNwine@gmail.com
- I am not receiving email and/or text alerts and I want to. What do I do?
- I am currently receiving text and/or email alerts, but want to stop receiving one or both of them. What do I do?
- I want to UPGRADE from my Monthly Premium or Monthly VIP membership to the Annual rate in order to save two months of payment, What do I do?
- I love your service, Chess! I want to provide you with a Testimonial. How do I do that?
Answer: I, of course, always welcome feedback of all kinds from my members. For Testimonials, I am particularly grateful. Please email me: chessNwine@gmail.com. You do not need to use your real or full name in your Testimonial, if you wish to remain anonymous.
- Why don't you offer a Free Trial and/or a free trial period? And why don't you offer refunds?
Answer: Please keep in mind that I am a one-man operation here at Market Chess. Managing the back-end work with free trials would undermine my goal of producing quality, actionable, and consistent content for subscribers. Further, I have provided as much, if not more, free content over the years as anyone in the financial blogosphere. Therefore, I have a no free trials policy. As for my no-refunds policy, while I understand that Market Chess Subscription Services will not be for everyone, I do greatly value the work and level of service which I provide. You do, however, have every right to cancel your membership at any given time, and once your membership term expires you will not automatically renew payment.
- I want to cancel my membership. How do I do this?
Answer: Unless you cancel, your subscription WILL automatically renew for the term you chose at sign-up, as indicated on the payment page. You may cancel at any time. Please email me: chessNwine@gmail.com and indicate your intention to cancel. Your subscription will then subsequently NOT automatically renew when the term of your membership is up (i.e., at the end of your month or year). Please also note that current members will NEVER receive a price increase, provided that they do not cancel. So, if you choose to cancel and wish to subscribe at a later date, you are of course always welcome back. But you may subjected to higher subscription prices.
- Why don't you provide your performance statistics and record of your trades?
Answer: While I do provide my real-time trade alerts, entries, stop-losses, rough targets, exits (win or lose), and position sizes (as a percentage of my portfolio), I am not looking to reduce the value of these services to a specific number. Whether I am on a hot or cold streak, for any given period of time, I pride myself on the educational value of the services for members who never follow one single trade that I make. At the end of the day, I do not manage your money. I manage my money and seek to enhance your trading process as much as possible. That said, if you do choose to follow me closely and track my results, that is certainly your right and I do, again, discuss my individual trades with full transparency.
